A real PITA I would think for minimal gains. There is more to this, I am far from an expert but here is what comes to mind:

2JZ-GTE uses 6 ignition coils (one per cylinder) and the TT ignitor to trigger spark. You will need to modify your wiring harness in multiple places. The tach has to match the ignition system and will need an adapter. There is more to this and some more knowledgeable can help.

N/A igntion upgrade thread: http://supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=408227

Replacing Distributor with VVT-I CoilPacks,MK3 CPS & vvt-i Igniter

edit: TT ecu not going to work: http://supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=408759

The N/A also has smaller (330cc) fuel injectors whereas the GTE has 550cc injectors, so the TT ecu will be expecting different injectors than the n/a. Then there's the trivia of the 550 injectors being low imp and the 330 injectors being high imp

Just mostly wiring tho right? Nothing you can't just figure your way through with service manuals.
