Default Auto - Manual swap with MT ECU

Im currently in the middle of this swap, and cant find the clutch engage plug, so im wondering if ill run into any issues while using an MT ECU.

Do I still need to do the neutral safety switch bypass? OR should hte car just start with no need to press on the clutch (since nothing is connected) or splice any wires.

Ive been searching for the last coupel days and cant find a solid answer.
