Default Changed Spark Plugs and won't start Please help

Ok guys i changed sparkplugs yesterday and did the distributor O ring. Now the car will not start. I have Searched and tried to figure out what could be wrong. I reset the timing to TDC. I adjusted the distributor ring gear to the littile notch. Installed it as normal. I have done this like 50 times in the past and this time no start. I checked the fuses I have fuel, and the ECU is powering on it just does not want to start. I tried to figure it out last night but I am at a lost for words. SO some one please help!
