Default Toyota put Type III tranny fluid in my SC400

I took it to get a tranny flush and asked them to put type IV tranny fluid in the car, but they went ahead put III. The car is shifting the same as it was before I got the flush (not too smooth, but not too hard) and im still having the same problem when I put the tranny in "drive" the car jumps HARD! It seems to shift even harder into "drive" now. Should I take the car back and have them change the oil or is type III fine?

you probably have to switch the shifting module switch for the tranny because it is computer controlled. when they go bad the car will shift hard into gears.
