Apparently the steering rack unit is not bled correctly.

Any whine or noise while driving or at lock to lock?

Default all is good now

Well all is good now!!!! I picked up a Power steering pump for 100.00, and had it installed for 223.00 that included a new fuel filter, oil change/filter, rear passenger wheel bar was bent(too many dougnuts), Thanks for the help....

After a couple of day the power sterring is now back!!!! I guess he was right after all!!!!
