How loud is your exhaust???
How is the interior resonance of your exhaust? Do you 'TRULY" hear the exhaust on the inside of your car? Is it heard at idle or just crusing at 50-70 mph inside the car? I want to still maintain my vault like silence INSIDE my SC under "NORMAL" driving.
However, at wide opened throttle I want some sweeeeeeeeeet mellow music!
Hella how are your N1's insde the car? MadMax, Double whoosh" Wiz, VQT(did you remove just your cats), 93SC35spd, Scott, etc What is your take on the interior noise? I had some cheaper "hi-flow" muffs on the SC at first the sound was "ok" but they resonated insde the car to much. So I put the stock muffs back on.
I'm getting some Dynomax Ultra flows from "Banking"... I hope they are not to loud inside the SC. I'll let you guys know after I install them if I receive them soooooooooooon..

When I'm just cruising, from about 1600 to 2400 RPM I can hear the deep sound of the exhaust from inside the car. From inside the car, it's not too loud at all, just right in my opinion. at WOT the exhaust sounds meaner. it's only a little louder but has more of an aggressive growl. When starting up the car there is a deep 'wooom' sound. at idle the exhaust is a deeper.

I'm considering some Ractive polished stainless steel mufflers. I found a good deal ($70 each) on some with 4" slanted tips. I've seen them on a few rice racers around town, but haven't heard them. Anybody have experience wth Ractive mufflers?

Hella, get with Computerwiz, he recorded his exhaust maybe you all can share notes.

Bean, getting N1's huh? then the turbo kit!!! Then 3 speeding tickets...

when i was n/a i had my greddy exahust with an air filter....had all the cats in the car...and it was perfect sound....couldnt really notice it at all at idle...cruising was very little louder than stock...and when you got on it it was a nice low rumble.....nothing loud...and very nice...loved the sound for an n/a 6cyl......now that its turbo its addicting...Jeff
