I have a 1999 sc400 and am looking into doing mods like intake, exaust, headers, team target body kit and Tein CS suspension.

Its designed for the gs 400, but the engine is the same, and I think te engine bay is almost identical, So wouldn't it work?

hey man, havent seen u on the forums. Glad to see a 98+ sc400. I have a white 98 400. Anyway that intake wont work. The power steering reservoir and lines are in the way. And the GS's intake extends further than the sc's.

Yeah, there aren't many people here with a 98+ sc's. well, I'm trying not to spend $500 on the srt intake, are there any other options that are a little more reasonably priced?

not that i can think of. I wanted to get the K&N intake for the gs400's and try to custom fab it in, But after while, i just got a blitz drop in filter. A couple days ago i opened the lid of the intake box and it made a big difference in sound when u give the car some gas. It sounds good but performance doesnt feel much different, but im not sure, try it out and tell me how it goes.
