Is Transmission

so both sc300 and is300 have the same engines, is it possible to swap the trannys? I know some cars have a seperate computer for the tranny, so would that work? wouldnt mind having the auto shift, I hate the manual in traffic, so the auto shift would be nice.

No they don't. Even the similar VVTI motors on the later SC's were different in the way they were controlled from the 2001+ IS300. YOU have a 1993 SC300 and it is not even remotely close to the same engine, tranny, or control system.
