Default Did I F-up my MAF?

I was cleaning the car today. Had to work on the battery, so while it was unplugged, I undid the MAF, took off the 3 screws holding the black MAF box and cleaned it out with some electric cleaner. I guess the cleaner came out real cold, and today being so hot, I saw condensation build up on the sensor. I reinstalled it and let the car sit for a couple hours while I worked on the other areas.

Now, I connected everything and the car stalled twice. On the third try, the car started up, but very rough idle. Idled extremely low (around 450) and then slowly over the course of 10 minutes, it climbed back up to 500-600. Still idling rough and black smoke coming out the tailpipe.

I shut her down and took off the black box again, there was no concdensation and no residue, but the car still idles really rough. and now my CEL is on.

Now, did I just mess up the MAF? Any quick response is appreciated.
