Default Valve Covers

hey guys this week i plan on doing my plugs wires dist, o ring, and valve cover gasket on my 97 sc300, i just wanted to know what parts would i need to buy from toyota to do the valve cover gasket job.

i need:
2 gaskets left and right
valve cover gasket sealer tube from toyota
anything else??????????? would i need those washers for the bolts? or no? anythign else you can think of? any gaskets for the "Y" intake manufold?

I dont even think you need the sealer. But other than that it sounds like you are pretty much set.

I didn't use any FIPG when i took my valve covers off and currently have no leaks . It does say to apply a little near the cam caps in the FSM . I'd do it if you already have the sealer but if you don't its not a big deal. Im probably going to apply some when i take my valve covers off to polish since im a stickler for following the FSM .
