Default Transmission help!

ok i got a 93 sc300 a/t

now i dont know if this Transmission is fullly working!!

at 60mph i'm at about 4k!! whats up wth that? ?? <----------------

o and it waits tell about 4 or 5k to shift thats wth or wth out the ect pwr ON OR OFF!!! maybe it will not come out of pwr mode ?

my overdrive works good!

BS: whats a good site to get oem parts for th sc ?

Power mode doesnt have to do anything with shifting besides raising the point where the transmission actually shifts.

60 mph at 4000 RPM definitely does not sound right.

Make sure your OD button on your AT shifter is disengaged (pressed in) and insure you're on D not 2 or 1.

If this doesnt help, then there is something wrong with your transmission not shifting to the next gear. Probably a clutch pack problem. I would get it checked out.

ty for all your help haha YES i put it in D !! and yes my OD is pressed in !!!!!!

maybe i will go to 5sp lol!!

does the 5sp from the n/a supra work ?

Try a simple fluid fush to start out, sometimes dirty fluid can cause a lot of problems in the transmission

www.rockauto.com has good cheap parts for our cars. I order there all the time and love them.
