Default Pretty Parts for my TT SC400

I just had some powercoating done.
Thought I'd share a few photos.

The Flash makes it look a little more Orange then it is.
Its a real Bright Red

Oil Pan, and motor mounts along with both water bridges were done black.

Excellent job... Those parts really dress up your engine...What is the heat limits on the coatings? BTW, nice welds on that TB... Chris is a MASTER CRAFTSMAN...

The pwdercoating on the valve covers, upper, & lower intake manifold (RED), water bridges, upper & lower oil pan, and mounts (Black) was $395.
I think thats a fair price. Painting them would have probably costed about the same.
Paint to me looks a little better, but isn't as durable.

Don't know the heat rating on the powder coating, and was warned that it may wade with age, and heat, but it still more durable then paint.

Ryan, what welding are you talking about on the throttle body? Do you mean the manifold?

You guys may notice that my maniold looks a little different then stock.
I have 16 Fuel injectors. 8 more plumbed into the top of the manifold which add the extra fuel when boost comes on. This is the octopus looking braided fuel lines on top, which are also for the piggyback system.

RDM - I like your paint, steel braided hoses etc.. but I really like your idler pulley.. Good looking engine...fast car...you got it going on over their.......I need to be taking notes from you. Oh did you bore that block out at all before installing your forgies?....
