Now for the temp guage looking at the back of your cluster between the plugs you will see 2 plugs on for the temp guage ,look for a resistor between plugs solder a wire to both ends of the resistor

Agreed . I'll be waiting for better pics since my temp gauge acts funny with the 330ohm resistor.

yeah the resistor slows down the needles reaction , and when over heating goes up at the last mins

Yeah i noticed that. The first time i tried out the resistor, i let the car warm up in my driveway for 30+mins and my needle didn't even move. I finally just decided to take it out for a spin since i was pretty sure the car was warmed up and the needle slowly moved to the middle of the gauge. Then i noticed when i shut the car down, the needle will go down to cold but when i start her right up again it would just stay on cold and wouldn't move until i drove around again . It makes the temp gauge real useless.

actually theres even an easier fix then soldering the wires together..........

you just connect the two terminals in the cluster beind the circuit board.

I've known this for some time, just never got around to my other car to take the cluster out to take pics. Ill show with my 93 cluster. Its what chino does basically, thats why he tells you to send the cluster to him and never mods the car harness. Just for his sake i was holding off on telling people. O well good job
