Question vvti Question?

Will the VVTI head work on the older V8 block, and if it will what would the horsepower be? and has anybody done this swap,

you would need the vvti engine harness, ecu, etc..

so what is the etc. and is worth the cost to horsepower ratio, and has anyone do it?
