Default Need help with Alternator issues on a GTE Swap!

*edit*

Nevermind, i figured it out......

Im working on a 2JZGTE swap on a 92 SC, as those of you who have worked on the swap may know, the plug that plugs into the GTE alternator goes to the chassises of the car, where as the stock GE one goes into the engine harness. I am assuming this is the voltage regulator. I tried running the car with out this plugged in and the car dies as if the alternator is bad. It was tested and everything came out good. Does anyone know how to wire the GTE alternator to work properly?
