Default Not an LSD, right?

According to the search I did, this is not a LSD. It was supposed to come from a '95 Supra TT automatic. I just wanted another opinion before I go back to the guy I bought it from. Thanks for any help.

i thought the bar running through meant limited...
we'll see what others say because this was based off transaxle set-up
