Buying my 1jz this week, have some questions....
I knwo what a 1jz looks like, and i know what it needs, however, I know that if i accidently get a ma70 1jz i am gonan have a difficult time putting it in my sc. So i ask all the major 1jz players out there, what wire harness, motor, and ecu characteristics am i looking for to make sure that i am not getting a ma70 motorset. thanks in advance.

The Soarer 1JZ will have a clutch fan where the MA70 uses a hydro fan IIRC. Working off of memory - the Soarer 1JZ wire harness, aside from the ECU plugs, will have two gray, two white, and one orange connector.

Code 36 on the ecu. No traction control. No hydrofan. Rear sump oil pan. Im in orlando in Taft... call me 386 837 7567 its kinda dead if that dont work call 321 442 1242 and ask for Rick. Ill be around all day (i was up til 6am last night fixing my buds pro-drift car lol... dont ever use aluminum lug nuts, lost a tire last night in the industrial area lol)
