Default Going NA-T, Have some Q's???

Hey guys, I decided to go NA-T on my 93 Sc.I wanted to know what everyone suggests about what I need to do with my auto tranny?Right now I will just be at 300-350hp but will go higher....So should I just have it rebuilt or a whole new tranny or what?Any help is appreciated
