Default idling issue on 92 sc400

hey guys i got a 92 sc400 with about 152k on it. The biggest problem with it is when you start it up you have to keep your foot on the gas pedal for about 10min or until the car is somewhat warmed up before it will idle on its own. Any ideas what maybe causing this?? any suggestions or input is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Throttle positioning sensor would be the first thing I would check.
