Default Which one looks better? Hks HiPower or Carbon TI

I have a guy interested in buying my muffler. I have been wanting to upgrade to a bigger size one because mine looks to small on the car. Currently I have a HKS Carbon TI muffler. I was thinking about either getting that again (biggger size one) or getting the HKS Hi Power Muffler. What do you guys like best?? Got_trd influenced me too look at the hipower ones, his setup looks sweet.

On another note. I am going to get my exhaust redone again. I was talking to one of my friends(has a 600hp supra) and he is very knowledgeable about the 2jz engine and everything. He was looking at my exhaust and said that the piping was hitting my control arm. So the question is when I get it redone correctly should I go ahead and get 3 inch piping since I am going turbo soon?? The inlet on the muffler I want is 3 inches too.

wouldn't you be straight even if you ran a 2.5 diam piping? even if you were going turbo?

btw, i like the carbon myself... but you can't beat either muffler, they're both dope..

I think I am pretty set on the Carbon Ti muffler. My buyer is going to buy it from me in about 2-3 weeks. But isn't 3inch the best size piping to run with a basic turbo set up for optimal flow???

I want to go ahead and get 3inch piping from cat to my muffler. But should I go ahead and get 3inch piping from my header to a new high flow cat then 3inches to the muffler??

if you plan on going turbo might as well save your money for your turbo setup whatever it may be. a downpipe will replace that 3" cat or testpipe, whatever it may be, along with anything else u add past what a usual "cat back" exhaust will replace. you wont realize much of a power gain from doing the extra parts past what you already had.

i also wanted a new exhaust..A huge exhaust would be perfect...has anyone put one 4.5 inch on each side. or i wanted to get a 5" for each side. what is anyones opinion. I just want the biggest exhaust that i can get. so i think two 5inch on both sides would be great.

I hope you mean exhaust tip not piping. I had a 3.75" exhaust. 4" is the biggest I've seen (piping) and thats pretty huge.

I'll be waiting for BL's bolt on dual exhaust.

unless your going for 1000+ hp i wouldnt even think about anything over 4". it will be overkill and excessively loud. finding a muffler set to support that while still muffling sound will be next to impossible.
