Auto to Manuel Tranny require new differentials?

I have an automatic 94 sc300 and i am about to be in the process of a full 2jz-gte & getrag swap, i have the wiring harness and ecu as well as boost gauge, boost controller, turbo timer, and am currently looking towards an upgraded fuel system. But my question is what else this swap would require, i am unclear if i need to change my rear differentials as well

. any info on this swap would be helpful. thanks -sc300 n00b-
