Default Exhaust and Catalytic Converter questions

I'll be getting a new exhaust system for my car soon and have been doing some research. I have decided to go with 2 Magnaflow 14829s with 2.25" piping. I have some rattles and weird noises and I think some of them may be due to the catalytic converters I have. I'm thinking about replacing one or both of them with magnaflow universal cats. I'm not sure if I'll be keeping the resonators on there. I wanted to see if you guys had an opinions or advice. Also, if anyone knows any good muffler shops around Los Angeles, let me know.

I had the same problem. I had to change everything because the inside was either broken or rusted. You will feel a difference in low-end power if you did everything.
