Dual elec. fan

I was wondering if any one has gone this route and if so how did it turn out. I want to put dual elec. fans so that i can free up some power that way.

perma cool dual electric fans w/ the thermastat they sell a kit.
easy instal, but they are a little noisy, when they kick in after u turn the car off it sounds like u have a swarm of killer bees under the hood, but in a good way,LOL.
i deffenatley recomend it. but u cant tdo that untill u get the complete unorthadox underdrive pulley kit it just wouldnt be worth it, and adjustable cam gears.
im gonna try to post pics of my engine this weekend and i have all of those goodies.

Why?
I dont know if i misunderstiud you but why could i not do that untill i got the under drive pulleys? So besides the noise there is good air flow and reliability?
