Default A 97+ US spec 2jz in to a 92-94 body?

Yes i have searched my *** off on the forums and not found a good clear answer. Seems like everyone wants the turbo swap. Well i jsut need a good running motor. I plan to buy a sc300 with a crap load of miles. plan to do a swap. I am a pro at 240sx and i have done a 97 ka24de into a older s13 body. swap was not that bad but some difficulties with modding a couple of the factory wire, throttle body, ect... Is it the same? like exactly? has anyone done it? and if anyone could be kind enough to answer, How much would a motor be from the junk yard? I plan to look for one arounf the 80k and under range?

I THANK YOU MANY FOR ANSWERING!
