Hi, I have found someone with a r154 tranny and 1jz bellhousing. I was wondering if this is the correct parts that will fit into the sc300 without a problem. Anyone know what other parts i'll need for the tranny swap? I currently have the w58 in my car. The r154 tranny and 1jz bellhousing has only 1 version correct? This isn't off the mk3 supra turbo is it? This is off the soarer? Thanks.

same thing...MK3 TURBO and soarer both use R154....you'll need front have of MK3 Turbo(usdm =cheap) driveshaft.

THE SUPRA R-154 WILL NOT WORK WITH THE SC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE TAIL SHAFT IS SHORTER! YOUR SHIFTER WILL BE UNDER THE RADIO!!

thats why they are so hard to get... the soarer onnes are few and far between.

I thought it was just a difference between a soarer and supra shifter. hmmm

shifter mounts to the tail shaft.... tail shaft is shorter.
