My SC300 runs fine but at wot it Sputters and the cel turns on then off. I'm unable to read the cel because it goes away at regular driving. Any help would be appreciated.

is this on the stock ecu? cel turns on and off usually means a misfire that is letting fuel harm the cat's. so the blinking lets you know you are harming your cats by continuing like that. I would imagine the sputtering is from too much fuel which is related to that. maybe a bad ecu or injector or ignition issue would cause that, hard to say without a lot more info.
