Default Crank Shaft Pulley Removal (Not bolt, the pulley itself)

I searched and serached on this issue. But I took out the bolt with the starter trick but I cant t get the pulley out to change the water pump! What tool do I need to use? I tried sledgehammer, and crowbar with no luck.
