Sport Design ECU?

Sport Design ECU?
My friend just got his Aristo engine/trans for his GS300 and his ECU looks to be somewhat modded. Can anyone tell me what kind of mod it is? Theres a Sport Design Answer sticker on the ECU, but that black box has no stickers or lettering on it so I dont know. Maybe something to eliminate speed/fuel cut?

The GS300 'Sport design' was a limited edition Lexus from the factory. Not an aftermarket company doing ECU's so that ECU is the normal one for the car.
The black box is as you say most likely a speed/fuel cut defender...
