gas mileage

First off i smell gas inside of the car after i filled it up. And now i only for 100 miles for half a tank. Whats going on???? I know i need a new Cat... is that suckin up the gas?

When I use different gas, ie- mobil one tank and then sunoco the next tank, I get horrible gas mileage.
