Default supra lsd in SC

i'm pretty sure it will work, but just to make sure.

i was wondering if i could just take the differential out of a auto tt supra or 6 speed supra and put it into my sc300.

thanks

get the auto supra tt lsd, because youll lose a lot of acceleration power with the 6-speed lsd, the gearing is completely different for the 6-speed, but yes you can put a supra lsd in an sc300/400

That should still work. Most people just buy a whole rear end off a Turbo Supra though. I assume you're talking about buying a new LSD for the Supra and putting it into your SC300/400.

you could just get a deftforce lsd made for the jzz30 if you dont want to worry about which supra lsd to buy, and i know your talking about just the diff and not the housing, the trd supra diffs should just be the diff without the housing also, either way you want the automatic supra tt diff if you dont want to spend the $ for the deftforce one

it fits but the gear ratios are taller, your car wouldnt accellerate for ******
the n/a final drive is like 4. something and the tt 6-speed is like 3.30 or something like that, with the tt auto like 3.80 or around there i dont know the exact numbers but the 6-speed diff is geared to tall, you would lose performance
