For that low of a drop, invest in some tien coilovers. An intake would be nice, but for exhaust, I believe the PHR exhaust is like 4" to dual 3" or something like that. Just get 2.5" with an x- pipe and Magnaflows or something.

If you dont wanna spend the money on coilovers, Supra NA Eibachs will get you about 2 inches of drop

Wow 6-8k?? Id definetly work on the suspension and then some motor mods if I had the SC4. get some TEIN coilovers so you can get the drop you want. Aftermarket Supra spring also do the job. As for wheels, I'd get some Volks. As for motor, I'd try to do a full MSD ignition upgrade, Intake, Nitrous Xpress 150 shot.

If you got that kind of cash to spend, I'd go with a nice set of rims...
HREs, Racing Hart, etc... my buddy has a set of Racing Hart C4 18s... they look absolutely SICK on the SC300... the 19s and other various Racing Harts look super nasty

you dont want a 2.5" drop, 2" is fine, thats already right at the fender well, 2.5" would look kinda overkill

Yeah big lip rims, read my last post; all of them are exactly that...
in fact my friend with the C4s had his vanity tag read: "GOT LIP"
