Default tranny or clutch? please help!

when I shift into 2nd and 3rd gear, my rpm's jump up to around 4, then settle back down. It feels like it's skipping gears.

My question is: does anyone know if this is my tranny or my clutch?

clutch, seems like your clutch is slipping. time to replace
