PLEASE DO NOT DAMAGE PS LINE!!! there are 2 bolts that bolt it to the block....i forgot and tore the rubber...the pump psi finished it off. this is a $350 replacement!!!!!!!!!!!!! I deal with a hose manufacturer and for 100 bux, this solution was well worth it.

The line is 4000PSI rated adn flame resistant. also the line is assembled as components so if it gets damaged again i only have to replace section. I am also having Bulk SS brake, and clutch lines made. feel free to call if interested.

Like he said, the knock sensors can be tricky.

I used a trick the MK3 guys use and extended them with usb cable, but i still might have a problem, so I am going to rerun both knock sensor wires all the way from the sensor to the ECU.

does your AC work and ABS and cruise?

if so, did you use the 2j AC compressor or 1J....and which lines?

and is the cruise control in the same spot in both clips?

and finally....not that i need it, does the ABS work?

i can't say i NEED ABS or Cruise Control, but i would like for the car to operate under normal conditions.

i do however, NEED AC, cause i live in the south....so thats the only real concern i have. I would theoretically like to reuse the 2j pump and lines because they would be easier to replace if something goes wrong.

thanks

Yes AC works, when removing your 2jz-ge, disconnect the A/C compressor from the motor itself and pull it to the side (a la SR20 swap)
pull the AC off the 1jz before puting it in the car
reconnect the 2jz AC to the 1jz motor and you wont need to repressurize any lines or anything

yes cruise control works and so does ABS; at least on the other swaps; not sure on vudocs car specifically

BUMP
