Default Interesting 1jz vs 1jz w/ VVTI question

Hey, for anyone that might know...
are the head flanges the same between these two motors?
because if one could find the single turbo manifold from a VVTI motor and it could bolt up... then one could also use the myriad of CT-26-based upgrades available out there... nice big aftermarket for it
