PowerSteering and ElectricFan

Just wondering...how would you disable the powersteering on an SC300 without messing anything up and also does anyone here know how to convert the belt driven fan on a 2JZ to a more powerful electric operated fan?

search for electrical fan conversion, plenty of threads on that.
