ok

just bought this car a month or so ago. needless to say things needed to be fixed alot of them!

here is whrere i am at now

the car was wrecked in the front drivers airbag deployed.

new airlbag installed. still need airbag module though since light is still on

also turn signals will not turn off when you turn the wheel back. they just stay on

main concern right now is that the cruise control will not even light up when you hit the on off button

can all this stuff be related??

not going back to lexus and have them tell me they need 8 hours at 90.00 bucks an hour to figure out what is going on


please ask me any questions in order to figure out what is going on


also ETC button and OD will not work as well

Beau,

I have heard on some cars, the clock spring "may" need to be replaced if the airbag goes off.

I never had this happen on a sc before... But it could be a first.

If you need the spring, or get more info, let me know, Ill look in my stash of parts.

thats what my buddy said either the clock spring or the module

let me know if you have either or both. may just start replacing stuff instead of paying lexus to TRY to find out what it is

By the way love the car. runs great had to do more than we thought but its up and running and i really love it. just have to get the bugs worked out
