add engine oil light??

Default add engine oil light??

the add engine oil light blinks when i brake hard going down hill. i checked the oil level and its fine. does anyone else have this problem??

about i week ago i was on my way home from school when for just a split second the engine oil light appeared. if i was staring at my dash i wouldn't have seen it. it was a flicker. on and off real quick. faster than it would take you to say 'on and off' quickly. like if it was your turn signal light.

that would make sense going down a hill and breaking hard all the oil rushes from one side to the other flooding one side and having the other side low on oil. it's a common problem on many older cars. your solution is try adding oil hahah and if you don't want that light to come on maybe try some thicker oil too.
