Bogging in evrerything but R and L
So my 1993 sc400 is Idling high (about 1100 RPM), it'll hold that idle fine for forever. If I give it gas, it'll bog, sometimes it will get up to about 2500 3000 RPM and won't rev anymore no matter how much gas I give it. In D and 2 it has no power. in R it will drive fine. In L it lacks power but the car will move.
Since I got it in April I replaced
Spark Plugs
Fuel Pump
Fuel Pump ECU
Fuel Filter
IACV
PCV
MAF
Knock Sensor
No CEL no idea where to look. I thought at first it was a tranny problem, but with it giving me issues in P and N I'm assuming fuel delivery. Could be running rich but I have no idea what would cause that. Tried searching the forums but I haven't found anything with this specific combinations of symptoms.
Thanks!

Exactly why I'm not going to blindly send out my ECU to be rebuilt.
Update: I pulled the upstream o2 sensors and it seems to idle a touch better. Starting to look like a plugged cat.

Disconnect battery, pull out ecm, under the passager feet under dash pull carpet back, remove plastic cover 10mm nuts, engine ecm on left 10mm nuts, two plugs for wires. open top of ecm, 4 screws..remove 4 scews holding board down, if you see solder in heads of screws you open wrong side, flip over and remove other side. Lift board carfully and look at caps any leaking? tops bluging? or take an picture and post it. A lot of issues with running right, shifting..are ecm caps.. after you post picture then can help more.
