Default EGR location and Replacement

I've been told by a Lexus dealership my EGR is bad. They wanted $600 for the part plus another 4 hrs in labor. I've found the part for $200 but can't locate where the unit is on the car. Is there anything 'special' I should know aobut replacing the EGR?

Thanks....and the car is a '95SC400.

Yes, in Cali you need to have some sort of NoX filtering device (EGR) to pass. some people just put in a bunch of fuel cleaner before passing the test without their EGR

Hmph...well, I'm having some EGR issues right now myself. Right after replacing the 2 main o2 sensors I get a code 71. I need to clean out the darn thing or replace something (I hope not) in the syetem...
