Guys,

Sorry this is idiotic, but I have been inhaling paint fumes all morning ( not intentionally ) and I was just thinking about something.

I did the 2.25 piping with the custom X pipe,and removed all resonators. I was plannning on changing out my mufflers too, but after getting it back from the shop I realised that the sound was perfect with the stock mufflers.

If I were to put some Magnaflows on there, would I get anymore hp from it or would it basically just give me a different sound? I will not be doing this anytime soon as my money pit has disappeared, but I was just curious,

You might gain very slight hp that is not noticeable since the Magnaflows are stright thru mufflers. IMO, its just for looks..You won't gain much performance..

You would gain a few more HP, or more if you are using FI, but in general you wont notice it too much. You can get both mufflers for under $200 shipped, which to me wasworth it for the improved look as well as sound
