Unhappy problem with magnaflows

I bought the magnaflow ss 14829's for my 1992 sc400 and I took my car to an exhaust shop. They said that they couldn't use the mufflers because the inlet is center and it needed to be offset. So they said I need to get new mufflers or they can't do it and make it look good. But I thought people have used these mufflers for their sc? How exactly did you get yours installed? Need help please! thanks!

Time for a new exhaust shop! I have had mine on for a while now. No mounting problems either
