ssc300 5 speed tranny into a auto sc400
is it possible and or easier to install a sc300 5 speed tranny into a sc400 instead of a 6 speed getrag??? like couldnt you just drop the sc300 5 speed tranny and a 5 speed sc300 ecu ???help and how much would a transmission cost???

From what I have read it's possible, but will cost you a LOT. First you will need the adapters to hook connect the tranny with your engine. And the second thing you will need is a hacked tranny ECU, this is the hardest step because its all custom.

OKk, my guess is this'll be closed too, but basically, you'll need a bell housing, totally new engine/tranny ECUs, because one ECU controls both right now on the SC400, and swapping trannys would totally screw it up. Search and search and search and you'll get answers to pretty much any question a noob can think of asking.
