I've been debating over which exhaust to get for quite a while now and I think I am heading towards Ractive right now. I've yet to hear any sound clips of the exhaust. From what I hear, its nice and deep. I've searched quite a bit and havent come up with the answers I need. Will Ractive sound too ricey on a SC300? Does anyone have an audio clip of ANY car with Ractive exhaust? I dont want to spend all the money getting the exhaust and have it end up sitting in my garage cuz my car sounds like a civic. For $200 what other options are out there?

For $200 bucks you can get a variety of quality mufflers. Ractive mufflers are low end mufflers. They are worth $40 bucks each.

It has weapon R mufflers. Are those pretty much the same as Ractive?

Try Apexi, HKS, Magnaflow, Flowmasters, Tanabe etc etc

if your going universal/custom piping.. I would go with these mufflers..

or sometimes they put universal tanabe mufflers for like 89.00 buy it now... also check for forza tuning mufflers as they are the closest replicas of the apex-i WS, and the Greddy SP.. I had the WS replica on my legend.. magnaflows are great too..

Thanks. I just want somethin that sounds good for around $200. Im not too concerned about power because just about every muffler gives atleast 5 hp.

Im going to be ordering my exhaust this week so I NEED TO KNOW if Ractive sounds ricey on a SC300. COme on guys... Im sure many of you have heard an inline-6 with ractive mufflers!! From what I've been researching... Ractive sounds pretty sweet on a SC300. Give me your advice guys!!

This has to be a joke.

If this isn't a joke, please listen carefully... Ractive makes cheap, somewhat ****ty parts. Show your lexus some respect and spend a little extra on a better brand. Leave the Ractive muffler's for the Honda ricers.

i'd have to agree. when i think ractive, weapon r, tenzo r, or any of those cheap brands. i think of ricers with fart cans. its a lexus...put lexus quality parts on it. just my 2cents
