Default Weapon R?

What ever happended to that Weapon R ECU? I was looking at some old threads and I like that power output that Max was getting from the ECU. I dont see it on their site anymore and no one ever mentions it anymore. Also did anyone know if it was like Lexuspros, Like the ECU would "learn" and compensate or was this one different.?

Maybe they're too busy selling seats these days(?)
The thing to do would be to try and find a(Dastek) Unichip dealer, and see if they can set you up.
You also might be able and find a used one on a WRX forum since those guys are always upgrading to standalone units, you'd then need to find a Unichip dealer to set it up for your car.
The Weapon R ECU clamps the signals from some of the sensors in a way to provide consistent settings in performance driving situations, it also changes the settings(ignition timing, mixture). This gets rid of the annoying bog you get when you step on the gas with the stock computer from not having driven the car in that manner the previous 3 driving cycles.
If you drive hard every time you drive the car, the stock computer isn't half bad.
