Default AVCR owners question: NO or NC??

I have a AVCR,
the soleniod has 2 "input pots" a NC and a NO.
which one should I use with an external wastegate????
One is listed as NC for normally closed
and one as NO for normally open.

Manual doesn't say what the difference is.
I've seen some cars using NO and some NC.....

what do you use?

thanks
Ken

That depends if you want it normally open or normally closed, eh? 50$ an hour is my fee...

1 time only 20$ hour rate for two hour minimum. Just be sure to sign the disclaimer. Didn't know you were turbo mate. Your wastegate is normally closed yea? So perhaps normally closed is what you want until threshold. Or try it both ways and go easy on it at a low setting above the spring. Normally closed is what makes sense to me though. Unless I have it backwards and that happens sometimes.
