Default Son of a bleep bleepin bleep*!&*%$ injectors

If it's not one thing it's another, look i have now got the new motor put in my car (another '97 na engine) and the shop that is installing everything tried putting in the injectors today and said they are too short and too skinny. i ordered the injectors from boostlogic here in austin, they are 525cc / 50lb injectors from precision that are machined and supposed to drop right into my stock fuel rail, well... they are too skinny and look as if they would possibly leak. what do i do??? from what i understand, nobody makes an aftermarket fuel rail for a 1997 sc300 and nor does any body directly make injectors for a 1997 sc300. i was told maybe i would have to swap manifolds and fuel rails w/ a 1995-1996 sc300 and the injectors would fit <--- true or not??? Any suggestions?????????????????????????????????? if you want to see what i have on my car so far for proper application go here -->"http://jasonbs.home.texas.net" and click on car.

Dude,

For future reference, take your car to Bearden Automotive in Austin. Jeff Bearden is a Lexus Master Mechanic, and not much gets by him.
