Question safe for na-t?

i've got my sc300 a few mos ago and now im planning to go na-t.
the car's got 171000 miles and so do you guys think it's safe to accomodate
only 300rwhp with dave h. kit? i wud also like to keep stock compression but i dont want to use any other aftermarket fuel control other than the safc nor even change my stock pump and injectors. any other pre-caution wud you recommend? what do you guys think? shud i get the head re-done due to high mileage?
head gasket upgrade?

any advice wud be appreciated...........tks.

If you are going to do it then I would say do it all, go with the headgasket, get a valve job, change fuel pump. You will hate it if you do it halfway and it drives like doo doo.

you should definately prep everything first before you go ahead with the na-t or even buying na-t. even though many Sc's has surpassed the 200k mark with just regular maintenance only, it is still a good idea to be prepared for something or anything. good luck with you project.

300rwp.. you can get by with stock headgasket, stock everything as long as you have a good compression and leak down.. but the fuel pump is must. no other.. our couple of freind running same NAT making 320, 350, 330rwp.. none of them as touched internal yet, and driving everyday ... for last years
