Welcome to ClubLexus!

I'm assuming you meant to put this post in the SC forum instead of the IS300 forum . I'll move it for you.

Remember, all he has is a manifold. You need to consider hood clearance especially for the s400.
You're better off buying one of the kits in AUS for the JDM v8 soarer before you start tinkering with just a manifold.

One of the aussie guys have shown that their kit clears the hood. It's all the EGR stuff that doesn't fit.

I congratulate you on the manifolds so far, but hood clearance is the first issue and I assume you have solved that. I was hesitant about clearance because you only specified 1uz which is also the same engine in our american GS400 and LS400.

The next hurdle is getting a kit to fit the US 1uz sc400 is the EGR system.

Other issues to be addressed are:
1) Long term engine durablitly.
2) ECU adjustments.
3) Long term transmission durability.
4) There must be more unanswered questions because there isn't much history of the sc400/v8 soarer with boost running for 10K+ miles.

I don't know if you plan to mass produce these manifolds or if you are going for a aftermarket kit, but I wish you the best of luck with your project.
