Default Idle: Smooth as a baby's butt?

This may have already been covered somewhere that I haven't found, but I'm asking anyway:

Is it recommended/necessary to change the caps and rotors on my 95 SC400 with 90k along with the plugs and wires? I have already purchased the plugs and wires and was planning on replacing just those two items. But, I've read about a few people that change the caps and rotors as well, although it's not recommended that soon by Lexus. Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Matt

Yeah, you'll want to change the caps and rotors while you're at it. BTW, what kind of wires did you get? STAY AWAY FROM BOSCH!!! I just replaced my wires with Bosch wires and they caused my engine to skip like a fairy on a Sunday afternoon. They were arcing like crazy. Changed 'em out to OEM and all was better.

Yeah I got OEM wires, too. I also got the Denso Iridium (OEM) plugs. Is it true that they come gapped at the factory recommendations? I wonder why Lexus doesn't recommend changing out the cap and rotor. . .
I'm impressed with how smooth the car runs as it is. The plugs have never been changed and I just hit 90k miles and a lot of the time I can't feel the damn thing running .

Lucky me; on the way to work today my check engine light/TRAC OFF light came on. Which indicates I'll be replacing my O2 sensors soon ($400ish?). Which also means I'll be doing my 90k service myself (except for timing belt and water pump).
