wiring an 8920 tach adapter to a 2jzgte swap

Default wiring an 8920 tach adapter to a 2jzgte swap

i know some people have done it, i want to know what wire goes to what


i know the red/black goes to the red, the black goes to ground, then there is a violet and a white one


i could be completely wrong thats why i am asking


the black is tach out, the black and white is tach in, red/black is 12v power ( on the harness)


so any help is appreciated

Stephan,

Lexus connector IK1-8 will go to the Violet wire (Tach out) on the tach adapter.

The tach signal will be coming from the supra connector pin location II1-29 and that will attach to the White (Tach In) on the tach adapter.

ok and where does the ignition noise supressor go? i cant find anywhere for it to go
